Antony Bryan Founder, Bryan Estates
Bryan Estates was created from a personal belief that property should be easier to understand and more accessible to ordinary people.
My journey into property and business was not traditional.
From my early working life in the UK to building an international life between Estonia and Cyprus, I developed a strong interest in property, renovation and the opportunities that real estate can create.
Over time, that experience developed into Bryan Estates, an Estonia-focused real estate company built around practical property solutions, honest communication and long-term relationships.
Today, our focus is simple:
helping people navigate Estonia's property market with greater confidence.

Bryan Estates grew from a passion for property and a desire to make the Estonian property market easier to understand and access.

At Bryan Estates, our Rent-to-Own programme connects eligible applicants with selected properties under structured agreements, giving them time to work towards ownership while living in the property.
