My name is Antony Bryan, founder of Bryan Estates, a modern real estate company built to make homeownership in Estonia more accessible, flexible, and achievable especially through our flagship initiative, Rent to Buy Estonia.

Bryan Estates was founded in the early 2020s by English-Jamaican entrepreneur '''Antony Clovis Bryan''' and his Estonian spouse. The company’s origins trace back to the United Kingdom, where the founders met while working in entry-level professions.
Bryan, who entered foster care at the age of sixteen, later began his career as a window and door salesman. His future co-founder worked as a care assistant after migrating from Estonia to the UK.
The concept for Bryan Estates emerged several years later while the couple was living in Cyprus.
Their shared interest in accessible housing and alternative ownership models led to the establishment of the company approximately six years after they first met. Bryan Estates initially managed small property projects before expanding its operations within Estonia and other parts of Europe.
